The free marketing checkup

The checkup is offered at no charge and with no obligation. Requesting one does not create a client relationship, and neither we nor you are committed to anything by it.

The checkup is an assessment based on information that is publicly available plus whatever you choose to tell us. It reflects our professional opinion at a point in time. It is not a guarantee of any outcome, ranking, lead volume, or revenue.

We may decline to provide a checkup, and we may stop offering it at any time.

No guarantees of results

Search rankings, advertising performance, and lead volume depend on factors outside our control — including search engine algorithms, advertising platform policies, competitor activity, seasonality, and how quickly you respond to the leads you get.

We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads, or revenue, and you should treat any agency that does with suspicion. Nothing on this site is a promise of a particular result.

Paid engagements

Any paid work is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, deliverables, fees, payment terms, ownership of accounts and assets, confidentiality, and how either side can end the engagement. Those terms are not on this page, and this page does not override them.

Our content

The text, design, graphics, and code on this site belong to Digital Pharmacy. You may read and share links to it. Please do not copy it, republish it, or use it to build a competing site.

The Digital Pharmacy name and logo are ours. The medical vocabulary in our branding is a metaphor for marketing services: Digital Pharmacy is a marketing agency and does not sell, dispense, or advise on medication.

What you send us

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit, and for having the right to share it. Do not send confidential information belonging to someone else, and do not send credentials through the form.

Links to other sites

We sometimes link to sites we do not run. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Liability

This site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and the courts of Fresno County, California will have jurisdiction.
