Privacy Policy

How we handle information you send us through Fresno-based digitalpharmacymarketing.com. Short version: we collect what you type into the checkup form, we use it to run your checkup and contact you about it, and we do not sell it.

Last updated: 24 August 2026

Who we are

Digital Pharmacy is a digital marketing agency based in Fresno, California. In this policy “we”, “us” and “our” mean Digital Pharmacy. This policy covers the website at digitalpharmacymarketing.com only.

TODO(client): confirm the registered legal entity name and add it here, e.g. “Digital Pharmacy LLC”.

What we collect

We collect information in one way: you type it into a form and submit it. We do not buy contact data, and we do not build profiles about you from third-party sources.

The free marketing checkup form asks for:

  • Your name and business name — so we know who we are speaking with and what we are examining.
  • Email address and phone number — so we can send the written Business Health Score and arrange the diagnostic call.
  • Website address (optional) — so we can run the audit.
  • Industry and which areas need attention — the questionnaire selections, so the checkup starts in the right place.
  • Anything else you tell us (optional free-text notes).

Your web browser and our hosting provider also handle ordinary technical information required to deliver the page — your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. We do not use this to identify you.

Analytics, cookies, and tracking

This website currently runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no tracking cookies. There is no Google Analytics tag, no Meta pixel, and no cookie consent banner, because there is nothing to consent to. We set no cookies of our own.

TODO(client): if analytics or an advertising pixel is added later, this section must be updated in the same deployment, and a consent banner will likely be required. Shipping a tracker while this paragraph still says otherwise is the single most common way a privacy policy becomes false.

How we use what you send

  • To prepare and deliver your Business Health Score.
  • To contact you about the checkup and about working together.
  • To answer questions you ask us.
  • To keep records of enquiries and of work we have done.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we do not send marketing email to people who have not asked for it.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we never have. We share it only with the services we use to run the business:

  • Web3Forms — delivers the checkup form to our inbox. Your submission passes through their service on its way to us. See web3forms.com/privacy.
  • Our email provider and hosting provider — to receive the message and serve this website.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our legal rights.

TODO(client): name the email provider and the host once confirmed, and list any CRM (for example GoHighLevel) once enquiries start flowing into it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as we are in contact with you about it, and afterwards for as long as we need it for our business records.

TODO(client): set a specific retention period — for example “24 months after our last contact” — and state it here. A vague retention period is a weak point in a privacy policy.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email digitalpharmacy.marketing@gmail.com and we will respond.

If you are in California

The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, gives California residents the right to know what personal information is collected and how it is used, to request deletion, to request correction, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. You have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA, so there is no opt-out to offer. To exercise any other right, email digitalpharmacy.marketing@gmail.com.

Security

Form submissions are sent over an encrypted connection. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we do not claim otherwise — please do not send passwords, card numbers, or account credentials through the form.

Children

This site is for businesses. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the “last updated” date above.
